prep does make you headache and probably cause a ‘war’, ok lets begin with the family meetings, the parents especially the moms which are women and i am a woman also hufth will talk a lot .. very a lot

Then moving to the engagement day, we as women, needs to make new ‘kebaya’ and of course the ‘batik’ skirt with pair of new shoes (not that necessary sih ;p) and clutch or purse but naahhh since it usually be held in own house so we dont bring purse ;p

Ok we moving on, hmm the ring, pair because its for two and now its not very happening with yellow gold, we might choose the white gold which is more expensive .. then the food, i know it just for like maybe 50 person but still yeah you know what i mean .. hmm what else, the ‘make up’ and hair do .. yeah i guess thats all .. for a beginning step ..

Okay then, we can find a package, you know its actually a lot easier if we use the organizer or coordinator .. because there are lot of little things ‘yang sebenernya cemen tapi ribet nya nauuzubileh’ ..

Okay, lets building rent, building decorator, invitation, dress for the bride (min 2 kinds) and the groom with the parents – both and for 4 maid of honor, food or caterer, hmm, the license from government and by religion, ‘seserahan’ what do you say in English ---- consists of ---- bag purse make up mukena sajadah panties clothes shoes bath utilities sheet bedcover towel 3 kinds of kebaya 3 kinds of samping lingerie pajamas ----- pre-wedding photo, ‘the person’ who in charge to perform the ceremony (2 kind sof person), snack, kebaya for fam, ‘symbol’, the entertainment (usually in one package), ice carving, ‘tenda’, car rent, photo shoot during the ceremony, mas kawin, make up for all the girls involved especially the bride of course, siraman – pengajian – seserahan the event for both parties okeh, hmm bla bla others etc etc – i couldnt think what else more

You know what i am very simple girl, lets not choose the ‘perfect’ date (tanggal cantik) as long as the month is match with ‘islamic calendar’, lets not use date symbol with money 1 perak 20 sen bla bla bla – not that important, lets not use ‘symbol’ which usually represent by money, jewelery, etc etc bla bla with that may carats gram what so ever, lets not use over decorated seserahan box, but the most important are lets saving the money first and be announced 6 months earlier ..
